Jonathan L. Auvil

Jon has nearly three decades of experience serving clients with complex issues related to buying and selling real estate, Title Insurance Law, Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters. Jon is president of the firm’s affiliated title company, Meridian Title Company, Inc., which has been repeatedly recognized as a top producer among all Florida member agents of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Jon was born in Brooksville, Florida, received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, and his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law.
Jon has practiced law in Pasco County and the surrounding areas since 1983. A fourth generation Florida attorney, and the third generation to practice law on Meridian Avenue in historic downtown Dade City, Jon is proud of his heritage and deep roots in Pasco County. When he is not busy with his practice of law and life in Dade City, he and his wife of twenty-seven years can most often be found with their two children and friends enjoying the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico and their family retreat on the Hernando County Gulf Coast.
Andrew C. Walters
Attorney
Andrew C. Walters hails from Long Island, New York and moved to Florida in 2008. He considers himself very blessed to be a member and resident of the small-town Dade City community. Andrew graduated from the University of South Florida in 2015 where he majored in psychology and minored in political science. He then obtained his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2019 and became a member of the Florida Bar in 2021.
While attending law school, Andrew performed his internship with the Law office of Jon L. Auvil, P.A. where he gained experience handling diverse issues in Real Property, Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration. Upon his admission to the Florida Bar, Jon swore him in at the old Dade City Courthouse where Jon’s father and grandfather both had their admission ceremonies performed. Shortly after, in that same year, Jon honored Andrew by making him his partner, thus creating Auvil Walters Attorneys at Law. A major part of the practice Andrew enjoys is Estate Planning, he feels as if it is the best last gift a person could leave their families.
Andrew also works with the firm’s affiliated title company, Meridian Title Company, Inc., which has been repeatedly recognized as a top producer among all Florida member agents of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic Title Insurance Company. Here he works on commercial and residential real estate transactions and any legal matters that may come with those transactions. Andrew enjoys working with first time home buyers as they are always proud of their accomplishments.
Coming from a small-town family oriented practice, when Andrew is not busy practicing law he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Andrew also enjoys cooking and wood working during his down time, and furthering his knowledge in different areas of law to better serve his clients.
Sabrina Seigler
Paralegal
Sabrina was born in Nyack, New York and has been a resident of Zephyrhills for the last 27 years. She graduated from Zephyrhills High School in 2003, and is presently completing her paralegal legal degree at Pasco-Hernando State College.
She has over 16 years experience as a legal assistant. In February of 2020, she rejoined our firm. Prior to rejoining our firm, she was the senior litigation legal assistant for a well-respected local civil litigation practice.
Sabrina works closely with the attorneys in assisting with Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and assists with commercial real estate transactions.
Her attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, and compassion to our clients, makes her an asset and valuable part of our team
